Corporate & Personal Advisory

Hamilton Murphy Team

When a business or individual is in trouble, we're here to help.

Hamilton Murphy is a specialist corporate and personal advisory accounting practice with an expanding national footprint.

From our home just near the MCG in Richmond a decade ago, we have progressively added offices in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. Our growth is reflected in Sivaa Consulting’s report FY2018-19 Insolvency Analytics, where we rated in the top 20 firms nationally and was rated number 3 in Victoria, with partners Stephen Dixon (15th Nationally and 1st in Victoria) and Richard Rohrt (3rd in Victoria) leading the way.

We see this growth as recognition we are doing things the right way. We know it is stressful to have financial issues, whether they are business or personal, which is why we operate the way in which we do.

We display empathy and understanding to find the best solutions for both creditors and debtors. We also know we can’t keep everybody happy, so that means we concentrate on finding the right outcomes – not just the easiest.

Our clients include accounting firms, insolvency lawyers, and business and private clients faced with solvency issues and searching for recovery or other advice.

Our services include:

  • Corporate Insolvency
  • Personal Bankruptcy
  • Business Restructuring
  • Forensic Accounting
